By accessing and using the SEO Indie website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

SEO Indie provides managed SEO services including, but not limited to, technical SEO audits, keyword strategy, content optimization, link building, and monthly reporting. The specific services provided to each client are outlined in their individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information about your website and business • Grant us the necessary access to your website, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms • Respond to our requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe • Maintain ownership and control of your website domain and hosting • Not engage in black-hat SEO practices that could jeopardize your site's standing with search engines

Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis. Payment is due on the first of each month. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pause services until payment is made. Repeated non-payment may result in termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

All content created by SEO Indie on your behalf (including articles, copy, and reports) becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, tools, templates, and processes remain the exclusive property of SEO Indie. You grant SEO Indie a limited license to access and modify your website as necessary to perform the agreed services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

SEO results are inherently unpredictable and depend on many factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and our full expertise to improve your organic search performance, but cannot guarantee specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Indie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain all work product delivered up to that point. Any outstanding balances become immediately due upon termination. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you breach these terms, engage in illegal activity, or act in a way that damages our reputation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
